Supercuts

"Visited the store and waited over an hour. Out to lunch sign in window but no return time. Figured they should be coming back soon. Gave up after waiting just too long."

"Right now, it’s 1:43 PM. I used the ridiculous SuperCuts app to check in for noon. I pulled into the SuperCuts parking lot at about 12:45 PM. When I arrived, there was already a note on the door saying “on lunch break”. Needing a haircut and this being where I have come (under my real name-I’m not dumb enough to put real contact info on the internet). I haven’t gotten the haircut yet and if the sign is still on the door when I am done typing this, I’m going to pull out of the parking lot to find a new regular barber/stylist. This is annoying because I have a tendency to go a long time between cuts, almost every haircut I get ends up being accompanied by a hair product purchase. Now, there was trepidation about coming here. The last two times have each been more expensive than the last, and both haircuts were a little lacking. Key requests skipped, hurried. However since arriving in the parking lot today, I watched the sole employee drive away in her Infiniti SUV at 1:04 PM. At 1:26 PM she returned and entered the store again but did not take the sign down. It is now 1:55 PM. The sign is still up. There is no sign of activity and I have not seen the sole employee unlock the door after she locked it upon returning. If the management of this store has access to the exterior cameras, you can watch my early 2000’s gold jeep pull into the parking lot and then leave more than an hour later. Adios supercuts. And good riddance."
