"Wow! I’m absolutely amazed! I had gotten my nails done in Cali a week ago and today I broke one in half and needed it fixed immediately. I found Venus nails, walked In and asked if they had time to fix it. A small wait and a kind woman came over to get me. I wasn’t expecting the service I received. She went above and beyond the call of a broken nail. She was so gentle when she took off the remaining nail, fixed it and then to my surprise found the exact color that matched my other nail. She also cleaned up the shaping of my other nails. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was amazing and I will 100% be back to get a fill. I can’t thank her enough for this! 10/10 recommend! The rest of the staff their is also super friendly!"

"I used to love this place. Last time, I questioned it because two nails popped off within a week. I gave it another try. This time, I left with uneven, incredibly short, splotchy, bumpy nails. I asked for squares, pointed to the length I wanted (the length of one of my longer nails). The guy cut all of my nails (including the one with the length I wanted) instead of using tips to make them all that length, and somehow managed to still cut them differently. Some literally as short as possible. I didn’t question it because I assumed with the way this stuff works, it would be longer and shapeable once on my nail. Surprise: it wasn’t. I got rounded nails instead of square. The nail color is splotchy and two of them have spots on them. And literally not a single nail is the same length. Not to mention how uneven and thick they are… On top of it all, he charged me $50- the same price I usually pay with tips. For what you see in these pictures!! I’m one of the people who is awkward and doesn’t complain or even look at the nails until after, expecting it to be okay. These are not okay at all and I don’t recommend this place anymore, unfortunately."

"Vida did my nails, I showed him a picture of purple fading to orange. He did try to do it but when it didn't work out he restarted my nails and they look fabulous. He paid Stebbins to detail and didn't rush it. Great service."
