"Absolutely horrible experience! I was referred by my boyfriend to go to Kelly so I scheduled a consultation. I admittedly was 4 minutes late for the consultation and when I got there, I was asked (rudely) who I was there to see. I told the stylist at the front that I was there to see Kelly. I didn't know who Kelly was so I wasn't sure which of the 5 stylists was her. I waited for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and was never approached. I finally asked the front stylist if Kelly was even there and she said she was towards the back. There were a couple of stylists in the back so I had to ask which one she was not once, but twice. I looked straight at Kelly and she had looked at me a couple of times but never acknowledged me. I was the only one there waiting to be seen. After I went back and sat down, I waited for another minute and realized that Kelly obviously didn't want to do the consultation, so I left. She never reached out to me or apologized in any way. I sent her a message the next morning and asked her what happened and this was her response: "Good morning, I apologize for the delay in the consultation yesterday. I was finishing my clients color application. When I came back out to start your appointment, you had left. My coworkers and I were confused as well. I wish you the best of luck finding a stylist, unfortunately I don’t think we will be a good fit for each other." This was a lie. She saw me and let me sit there the whole time knowing I was there to see her and that I was a referral from my boyfriend. I would stay FAR away from this salon as all the stylists there seemed to have a chip on their shoulders and were not friendly or professional in any way. If I could give a negative review, I would."

"I haven’t been to a salon in about 4 years and am SO glad I found this one! I was so nervous to cut my hair since it was down my back, but Kendall did an amazing job adding some new life to it! I said I wanted layers & she added in just the right amount. I was even happier when she styled it. My fiancé, friends & family all haven’t stopped complimenting me on it yet! Such a cute aesthetic in this salon & reasonable prices. I’m recommending them to everyone I know!"

"I am so happy I found this place recently! I have been there twice for myself so far and once with my teenage daughter. The last salon I went to was significantly more expensive & took a lot longer. The chairs where you get your hair washed at this salon are hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. (My neck is usually super uncomfortable.) At some salons I feel like the atmosphere is kind of snobby but here I feel right at home and their decor is on pointe! Great vibe. My stylist is Kylie and she’s awesome! She even gave me a curling tutorial when I asked her for some pointers."
