"I'm a delivery driver and had an emergency last Saturday when my brake lights went out. This was one of the only places open on a weekend holiday so I called and made an appointment. They were able to get me in pretty quickly. I had been to two different jiffy lubes to try to replace the bulbs but it turns out it was an electrical issue that none were able to as they weren't trained to do so. and many of the other shops I called said the same. So I was glad that divines said they'd be able to help. Unfortunately they said after my diagnosis that it wasn't a problem they could fix since it would involve a lot of wiring work that they weren't able to do. I was upset when I noticed the next day that my trunk door wouldn't open. I came back and was told that my wires were completely worn out this causing the door to not open. I was not happy, thinking the shop had caused the issue and I was ready to leave when they said they would fix the problem free of charge. They not only fixed the door issue but were able to fix my brake light wiring that every other mechanic had told me they wouldn't be able to do. They turned a bad situation into the best resolution and I will definitely be back next time. Thanks, Divines!"
