"I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hansen! I had an emergency situation which led to an extraction, bone graft, and implant a year ago. I was terrified, had no idea what to expect and had so many questions. Dr. Hansen was very patient, sat down with me answering every question I had, making sure I was comfortable proceeding with this surgery. As nervous as I was, I knew I was in good hands. He was able to get me in the very next day. Surgery went flawlessly. I was traveling at the time and Dr. Hansen made sure that he saw me twice post-op before I left the city to ensure everything looked good. He was very pleasant to work with. Every dentist I've seen since has told me that "whoever did your implant did an amazing job" I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hansen and his team. Would highly recommend!"

"Worst dental experience of my life so far. Wow. The Dr. Sprott lied to me, about a permanent procedure, three different times, three different ways - Said It's not permanent procedure - it's just an enamel polishing - as he has the enamel grinder/"polisher"out -- it's not a permanent change, It's just a talking techical to assuade my objection but it's the same permanent procedure, It's not a cosmetic procedure were just going to shape some enamel - ok so you're removing enamel not 'polishing' and enamel removal is permanent -- and yes finally the truth of the procedure came out, and finally Dr. Sprott described his intentions with the procedure & what exactly he'd be doing/what the process & effect of the procedure is. But he lied to me, three times, three different ways, and now I do not trust him. Would you? There were so many expectations set, and then a procedure which was not talked about, the permanent change above, and they wanted to do it real quick. I'm not aware I consented to the grinding specifically, it was not talked about or described for certain, and no other dentist in my life has deemed it necessary. The quality of care, I've NEVER had a dentist or assistant DRAG tools across my teeth, or use my tooth or teeth as a shelf to rest their tools on. I felt discomfort through semi-local anesthesia of the 'sonic tool', "or the vibrations" the Doctor might say - "You felt the vibrations of the tool, not the tool" type of explanation - 1% correct 99% missing the point The point being, maybe if you didn't use teeth as shelves, I wouldn't have felt discomfort in/on/through the tooth which the metal tool was resting on. Dragging across my teeth, knocking teeth with tools going in or out, resting tools on my teeth, and then the quickest probe - no numbers at all - and this wasn't a cleaning so maybe probe measurements were not required. But the lowest quality of care of any dentist or assistant who has worked in/on my mouth. I have NEVER, EVER, from any dentist or dental assistant, had this perceived lack of quality of care. Maybe dragging tools and knocking teeth is normal and I've just gotten lucky. Then the front office, I left a message Wednesday evening, and I called late .knday afternoon because nobody had called me back. The front office said they'd call the office which referred me for my insurance info. The PerioIdaho office never called my referring office. The front office sent me new patient paperwork to complete 38 minutes before my appointment. I completed it. I got to the office, and the receptionist told me because I didn't complete my new patient paperwork I needed to fill it out. I don't think she even bothered to check. This office, patients are just an assembly line to them at worst, and jaded at best. I asked if I could do my post op checkups with my normal dentist/office. The assistant said no. I do not want to go back here. I do not trust the front office or the Doctor Sprott here after they dropped the ball on expectations and repeatedly lied to me about a permanent procedure. TL;DR Dr. Sprott lied to me three times, three different ways. No. I do not want to go back here because I do not trust this office."

"I had to have a gum graft and went to Dr. Katseanes. I was not the best post op patient and had to have the procedure twice which taught me to really follow the post op care instructions. When I did, the results were outstanding. The doctor and staff were so patient and professional during the entire process. They were always accessible and always able to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. They were all a pleasure to work with. Especially Kelsie and Jana.
