"If they tell you you need a “deep clean” get a second opinion! I am only 22 and I went in for X-rays and a regular cleaning with no insurance and paid for the appointment. They didn’t clean my teeth, they took my X-rays and told me I need this 1400$ deep clean. I was sold on it until I talked to and showed my xrays and perio chart to a family friend dental hygienist and she said I had no bone loss and to not get the deep cleaning. So I went to another dentist office and they told me the same thing, they preformed more of an advanced cleaning due to buildup from my retainer but it was only a 30$ difference even without insurance and my teeth feel incredible. I understand trying to sell treatments, I’m just frustrated I paid 130$ out of pocket for a cleaning I didn’t receive because they wanted to try to sell me on some expensive treatment I didn’t need, especially not having insurance. I’ve also already spent thousands out of pocket with this office on my wisdom teeth. Very nice office and staff however this was highly frustrating and I feel taken advantage of."

"I was in town visiting and pain building on a Friday, clearly an infection. Dr Dayley got me a prescription for antibiotics and saw me the next Monday. Was so helpful in diagnosing and being clear with my options. I had broken tooth and infection so a root canal and only pain was the injections. Dr Dayley told me what to expect and it healed just as he anticipated. He is kind and his team thorough and helpful! He texted me to check in."
