She was kind, sincere, and so fun to chat with. The salon itself was so inviting and beautifully decorated. This place is an absolute gem and I’m thrilled to have found a new salon and stylist!"

"I would love to tell everyone to check this salon out (it’s decorated cute, sure) but alas, I simply can’t do it. Beware of stylist Regan - she is not at all transparent about her pricing and her services are only mediocre. I walked out paying almost $500 (yep!) for a simple cut and highlight of shoulder length hair. She charged me for extra color and toner and claimed it to be common practice. I was nearly in tears when I left. She refused to make it right and even the owner of the salon, Heather, provided no recourse other than to just book with her next time instead. Worst experience in a salon probably in my entire adult life."
