"Read an interesting review today that made no sense. I’ve been coming to this salon for sone time and know or have interacted with everyone here. The review was very negative about a stylist named “Jen.” No one at the salon by that name. The salon is clean, the staff are all friendly and welcoming to me and everyone I have witnessed come into the salon, and they have always accommodated any request I’ve made. Perhaps the person who posted such a negative review should examine their behavior and attitude (or at least ensure they know the name of the persons they are making such rude comments about)."

"My Experience at Hair Plus was one of the worst Not only did I get a bad haircut but the stylus If You can call her that, Jen Had the personality of a fish. Actually a fish has more personality than her no smiles no thank you no hello. When I showed her a section of hair she had missed she put her hands up and said she wasn't going to fix it. I then retorted I would not be returning. She said, "good because you are a terrible customer." Granted l had warned her l was picky and my reward was a mishmash of a haircut. If you go, don't ask for Jen, unless you want to subject yourself to a dirty unpleasant woman."
