"Service is inconsistent depending on who you deal with in the store. The tall man with the beard has zero customer service skills, is rude and does nothing to help customers. Others there are helpful but I have usually had to deal with the rude tall guy who has caused me to spend more time than needed to solve my issue. I found I’m much better off driving further to another location."

"Negative employees. Never had a smile. Looked at me like I was a ding dong when I asked questions about stain. I don’t know that much about stain and we weee just trying to figure out the kind of stain and stain ‘terms’. If you’re getting paid for doing whatever I think you should have a smile on your face and treat people you’re dealing with by giving some respect. Just a litttttttle bit that would be great. &&Yes this was at the Eagle store. Have gone there multiple times over the past number of years and every time it’s like the people in there are dysfunctional droids. Never going to the Eagle store again."
