"For orthodontics they use cheap materials. Brackets break easily (ie when lightly brushing teeth, and even when they are putting them on in their office) and then they charge you for replacements and talk to the patient like they are a horrible person for their inferior product breaking. They will ask you how a bracket broke and then tell you that you are lying. My other child had one bracket break the entire time in braces with another orthodontist. When that happened the orthodontist asked my child questions to see if there was something they did that contributed to the broken bracket and educated how to avoid it. I wish that Willamette would listen and provide education after listening rather than just telling my child they are lying and mail a bill weeks later."

"Willamette Dental got me seen quickly after I contacted them when the cap from my tooth came off. (Gummy bears, never again!) they were helpful, professional, quick and informative. They put a temporary cap on my tooth and helped me schedule a time to come in for a permanent fix. Seriously, this place rocks."

"Matt is the perfect example of an A+ employee!! My child’s first visit, and he went above and beyond ensuring that my child was comfortable. He explained everything as he was doing it, even letting my child “help” with the cleaning process. Matt was very kind and thoughtful. I could not have hoped for a better first dentist visit!! The only thing I think could have been better is the signage for the new location, it was not clearly visible from the road, and GPS says “you arrived” when you’re in front of a school which is across the street from the long alley/driveway that you have to use to get to Willamette."

"I lost a tooth from my upper denture the night before Thanksgiving. When I called for an appointment I was able to get in the following day! This was my first appointment with Williamette and I was impressed with my visit. We made a plan and I received a copy of it with estimated cost. I go back next week to get started! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful while being very kind. I would recommend to family and friends thus far!"
