"10/10! Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Idaho Endodontics. I had an attempted root cancel with my regular dentist, and it did not go well. I was feeling pain, and they ended up sending me here. I was so anxious after the negative experience with my normal Dentist but Dr. Ryan Shipp and Ashely did AMAZING. Ashley was so sweet and gentle, offered me a blanket and kept asking how I was doing. Dr. Shipp kept telling me my comfort was their priority and I was shocked when they said “you did great, we’re done.” I didn’t think they had started yet. Honestly felt like a spa retreat break from my baby for an hour. Sounds silly but the relief I felt and care I felt there was incredible!!! Thank you!!!!"

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had called Tuesday in tremendous pain and was assisted by their receptionist, Holly. I had talked to her around 9 a.m. and she took my name, social and date of birth to look at my insurance coverage and promised me a call back. After not hearing back from them I called her again one hour prior to them closing and when I called Holly mentioned she had a lot going on and would call me back. She never did. I was in so much pain and clearly crying when she talked to me and she didn’t even have the decency to call me back after promising to, twice. I was desperate for care and that is the only reason I attempted to call them, again. It is now Friday and luckily I was already cared for at another office but I gave them plenty of time to return the call they promised. I know everyone is short staffed and under pressure but I had called multiple offices that day and I had plenty of receptionists tell me they were booked through the year. If that was the case, coach your staff to set reasonable expectations. If you’re looking for quality care and people who stick by their word, I was treated fantastic at Rocky Mountain Endodontics."

"I couldn’t believe I had to get a redo root canal for a tooth done probably 15 years ago. The experience at Idaho Endodontics was amazing though. I feel like I was 99% asleep throughout the procedure and was truly shocked to realize how much time had passed when they said, “you’re done”. I don’t expect that I’ll need an Endo again but if I do, I’m going back to Idaho Endodontics."
