"Wonderful experience, the people working at Boise Integrative Dentistry are both great to talk with and really knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable being open about my trans identity and they were able to use my chosen name while talking with me and through appointment communications. This office was the first place I had ever learned that my tongue was affecting the rest of my dental health, and they immediately sent over a referral to a speech therapy clinic for me. No other dentist has ever told me anything about that before! BID doesn’t just focus on your teeth- they take a holistic approach, and they don’t blame you for having dental problems like I’ve experienced with other places. The front desk was also really helpful in guiding me to the office the first couple times I’d been there; finding the office entrance from inside the parking garage on 9th street without the ability to text or call the office for help would be pretty difficult otherwise, and they are very understanding if you get lost or delayed when communicating through text. They also give you a parking voucher so the time spent parked in the garage doesn’t cost you on top of the appointment. Really glad I found the place, thanks!"

"I went here for two cleanings/exams as well as 4 cavity filling appointments. I always waited at least 20 minutes past my appointment time and when Dr. Rosa finally did see me, she was really rushed, and a bit abrupt. Initially I thought it was just extra busy, but this continued at all 6 appointments. After each filling appointment, I had to return to the office at least 1 time for them to smooth the filling, fix the bite, etc. I understand this happening on occasion, but this was over the course of more than 10 fillings. The real frustration was when I changed dentists and they found through xrays that there was still cavity underneath one of the fillings she had done in the last year. The hygienists and assistants here were gentle and nice, but overall, this is not a place I would recommend as it feels like they are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible, and the treatment suffers as a result."

The dentists are up to date with the latest technologies and treatments, with continued education and use of top of the line labs. The hygienists are gentle as well. You can't go wrong having Boise Integrative Dentistry take care of your oral health."
