"Took my daughter here, the first time they did two caps and fillings, took their word for it. We were extra vigilant about her teeth went for a check up said she needed two more caps and several fillings, it just didnt sit right so we took her to a different dentist. After looking over her x rays and his check up he was baffled, said we didnt need any caps and only one small filling and that the two caps we already had done we did not need and he had no idea why they put them on other than they were just trying to get more money out of us. Do not take your children here. Not to mention the Front desk ladies were very rude and unprofesinal."

"They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to dental work. They told me that I have a cavity that needs a filling which they had previously already done a filling on. I went and got a second opinion, NO CAVITIES. My sister hasn't been able to eat for 3 weeks since they did her fillings, because she is in so much pain. I would not recommend EVER bringing your children here."

"Worst place ever. I would never allow another person to be treated here if I could. I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Darren Wallace, MD. The bleeding did not stop for seven hours, they only gave me two pieces of gauze and sent me on my way. I went back later in the day, and my doctor wasn't there so I had another doctor look at me. She told me it was "the most traumatic extraction" she has seen in her career. Talk about horrible bedside manner. She ordered the assistant to pack my mouth with gauze and I asked for nitrous to help me relax but they refused. After she began packing, I was squirming and crying. She asked me "does it hurt?". When I told her yes she asked "what hurts?". I am so fed up with this office they do not know what they are doing, they are completely unprofessional, and I intend to sue the establishment. I am gathering evidence and getting more opinions from other dentists to prepare my case. I almost went as far as to take out an ad in the newspaper. These people are ridiculous and I can't believe they are still in business. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE."

"These people don't know what their job is seriously! Took my son there and the staff did not know what needed to be done and I always had to explain what they told me in the last appointment, they almost extracted 2 teeth when they weren't supposed to be extracted, good thing I told them not to do it or my son would be missing 2 teeth right now. I was really frustrated with their unprofessional work, their orthodontist called me to apologize and said my son needed oral surgery and they would call me to schedule an appointment but never did. The front desk won't even let you talk without talking over you. Extremely unprofessional. If you take your kids there, you better pay attention or they might come out toothless. Worst dentist and staff ever."

"How are they still in business? Took my son here for his first dental appointment and regretted it. They forced him to do things he didn't want to do and made him very upset and uncomfortable. They also told me I needed to stop breastfeeding him. What makes them think they have a say in how I raise my child? I wish I just would have walked out in the middle of his exam. We now go to Roy Rogers and love him. He is very patient and doesn't force anything."
