"Been going here for a few years. My last visit was less than satisfactory. Had to go in twice to get cleaning performed, was told it would all be covered, received bill for $190, didn’t even see a dentist either visit. When I called there was no “What can we do to make it right”, just “we’ll be happy to release your records to your new dentist”. Disappointing, they used to be reliable, honest and communicative. Not the case anymore."

"I find the staff to be upbeat and provide excellent care. I’ve been coming here for years, Dot is extremely efficient and helpful. Dental work has been appropriate and extremely skillful."

"Lied to me over the phone about payment plans for patients without insurance. If you dont have coverage, make sure you have at least $1,500 for any major emergencies like I have found myself in. Embarrassing to fill out paperwork under the impression that they would assist me, especially for a broken tooth, only to be told my balance would be due immediately. Very little accommodation and hardly any sympathy for those who struggle to afford major procedures. Will not be going here any time soon, even once I receive benefits."

"This place was amazing before they started caring about money. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and until I fell a little behind on my bill. I never received a reminder call about my bill nor about my future appointment (which I was told I would by my doctor). When I finally called the front desk, I was told I would have to pay my outstanding bill before an appointment could be made — which would have been fine in and of itself had it not been for the condescending tone and had this information been provided OR been reminded of earlier. Not only have I had to wait 2-3 weeks after my due date for a check-up for a time-sensitive area/issue due to a miscommunication, but now I’m dealt with first by money and second by my needs — having to pay up front before even going to my next appointment which is not something I’ve had to do before. They do great work, but my gosh, the customer service needs to improve. I’m a person too, who forgets, who has other issues going on; I’m sure you do too. Would be nice if some compassion and accommodation was shown."

I am a health care professional and give careful scrutiny to the places where I receive my care. I have been a patient at North End Dental for many years. Everyone is friendly and courteous and goes beyond the call of duty in patient care and professionalism. The dental work I have had done is always of excellent quality! I am always pleased when I walk out the door."
