"So I ordered a Ford Maverick, received it before Thanksgiving. Corey Rife was probably bar none my best sales experience in my last 35 years of driving and purchasing vehicles. After owning the Lil Mav for a few months our directions in life pointed another way, so I reached out to Corey and he and Corwin made a very respectable offer to buy the truck back. My experience on both transactions were very professional and never once felt obligated or cornered. I appreciate what they did for me and being understanding of my situation. "After making 3 consecutive new car purchases from Corwin Ford….never again. I’m done with Corwin & Ford. I’m a life long Ford buyer, but Corwin changed that. Horrible experience with their repair department. After making an appointment, 1 week out, I delivered the car to the Corwin Dealership @ 8:00am as requested. 1-1/2 days later they didn’t even move the car, let alone work on it. Very poor communications & no resolutions offered on how or when they would even look at my vehicle. I just picked it up & called another Dealership for prompt repair. Ford builds poor quality cars, leads the world in recalls, then creates a nightmare for their customers needing to get them fixed because Ford under engineered/built them to start with. No courtesy cars available at Dealership, just excuse after excuse & it’s my fault for being impatient. Think I see a new Toyota or Honda in my near future!"

After an extremely painful buying experience and six trips to the Corwin Ford dealership between sales and service, my brand new 2023 Ford F-150 sits dead in my driveway with an unknown problem. Unless you’ve got tons of extra time & patience, buy a different brand. My wife bought a new Subaru the week before, and the experience and car performance of her Outback is flawless."

"An efficient well run dealership. When purchasing my F250, I was able to deal with Sales, Accessory, Service and Management personnel. At all levels there was a positive attitude, desire to please and strong customer service skills. I cannot imagine how the overall experience could have been better."

"I can appreciate when someone is nice and courteous to my face but I do not appreciate the lack of follow through, things being skimmed over and being rushed out the door because you're tired of my questions. I called back immediately after my service, no one is at their desk, I call back the general number to ask for the person that assisted me, cannot be found either because that person does not want to be found or the person whom took my call did not want to get up and find them. I leave a voicemail 7 days ago, have not heard back. I got a multipoint inspection to which no one went over with me. I waited to see if I got a call back, did not get one. I called back 5 or 6 days ago to talk to someone else who could go over my inspection with me about my truck. Person found my service information, told me "who did my inspection," but told me that "everything is in the green" so they do not know more beyond that. I did not get a sticker that says when my next oil change is. I like to know how much is left on my brakes, when my next oil change is. I like to know when the last time the brake fluid was flushed, air filters, etc. I like to plan accordingly so I can make money available to have my truck running at optimal performance. Every time I need my truck looked at, I gotta leave it for 3 days with no loaner? How does that work ? I don't have extra cars piling up where I could do that. If you need more techs to provide a better experience, get more trained and hired. If you have too many techs and no enough work, put someone to call for service. Work the history of the cars that come in. The music playing while I am holding says things that Corwin Ford really cares about my experience, it was not good!"
