"This place is incompetent at best. We have a new construction home been in for 10 months, a window sash is cracked and they are unable to make the new sash fit. They lost most of our screens and had to reorder. The screens have arrived and they dont fit the patio doors and the tech are unable to make them fit. Anyone can place an order and get you what youneed. It's how a company responds when there is a problem that makes them good."
