"I had a house full of really nice furniture even leather couches that I sold the same day for $300 plus multiple pretty expensive items I had scheduled for them to come pick up due to me needing to be moved out by the first they showed up lied told me they didn’t have room in their trailer that they go and load it and come back well I sat outside for four hours waiting finally called the police back and found out that the drivers took the truck dropped it off and went home didn’t even say anything to the manager I’ve been rescheduled and they showed up told me they didn’t want the stuff which doesn’t make sense I believe they did not want to carry it downstairs and out of an apartment but thanks anyways I appreciate the service"

"Staff unloaded my donations. Selection of items varies from day to day, but was able to find the perfect wooden desk, sturdy, good shape and excellent price. Staff loaded into my vehicle and made sure it was secure."

"This store is pretty great for finding some good deals. However I believe there has been a management change or something. The staff/ volunteers are not very friendly or helpful any more. The store is very messy compared what it used to be. But you can still find some good deals."
