"I came in early in the morning for a simple white bathroom paint. They told me it would take 10min or an hour if I wanted to get an exact match for the paint I bought elsewhere. I told them I would be fine with the hour to get a close match as possible. I called them well over an hour later as I never received a called that they were done, and told me they needed another 30min to finish it. I was fine with this and waited. Fast forward almost 2 and half hours later still nothing. I went in only to find out they never started it and could not match the simple white paint! It’s not like I brought in a complex paint color. I just wanted a simple standard white bathroom paint. They said they kept getting errors with their machine and just didn’t bother to try again until I got into the store and blamed it on them being busy. They then proceed to tell me I could come back tomorrow to get the paint, I told them that was not an option as I needed the paint for a project same day and they knew this as I told them when i first came in that I needed it same day which they assured me they could get done within the hour which turned out to be a lie. I was also the only customer in the store in the morning and when I came back in. I understand things happen, but the gentleman at the counter looked like he had no idea what he was doing and was lost during the entire conversation. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They could not match a simple white bathroom paint which is just hard to believe. Not to mention they could not find my account under the phone number I provided and I have been to that store numerous times. After more back and forth they found my account with the number I provide and could not figure out why it didn’t pull up the account. Long story short the customer service has gone down hill and I wasted time and lost a day of productivity over something that should have been an easy sell. Never coming back. You are better off going to the local hardware store or driving down to Lewiston. Home Depot was able to get me in and out under 20min and match the paint. Crazy how that happened, and sad that I have to drive out of town to get proper service and efficiency. Was worth the drive as I don’t plan on ever steeping foot in this store again. Avoid this place and save yourself a massive headache they just don’t care."
