"Ross is where you get the best clothes! Always find the coolest stuff. Recently I bought a work jacket. Unfortunately the zipper ripped out on the first day mind you it's hard construction work. Ross store manager stood by my purchase and returned my jacket. To me that is integrity. Great store. Thank you."

I think it is a great place to shop, but just be aware that some of the things may be damaged. Also if you purchase something you are not guaranteed that price upon return. They will adjust the price to lower even when it is within 30 days of the return."

And a year or more later, with 5 people and a dog living on this rug daily, it gas held up amazingly well! Quality is insanely good.
