"Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience here. I came in for a mani pedi on a Monday: it was quiet, and only two other people were getting their nails done. I wasn’t sure what I wanted coming in, but eventually decided on getting acrylics for the first time ever. I was pretty excited! The reason I’m not giving fewer stars is because the young lady who painted my toes was super nice and helped me explore options. However, the other woman who did my fingernails was really mean. I don’t know if I caught her on a bad day, but she seemed really bothered by my questions about gel and possible colors. She got outright angry when I decided I wanted to get acrylic nails and actually scolded me for not scheduling that initially (I apologized to her, but again, it was super quiet. It wasn’t like I was imposing during busy hours. Plus, it was more business for her…). She was harsh with my nails and fingers, scolded me when I tensed up, and even made my pinky bleed. She was even rude at the end when I asked where the sink was to wash my hands… While my nails turned out very pretty and lasted 3+ weeks, they ached for 3 days after going to the salon. I thought this was simply part of getting acrylics for the 1st time, but my veteran salon-going friends told me otherwise: my salon technician was simply too harsh. Really, it was not a good 1st experience getting acrylic nails…and may actually be my worst, most expensive salon experience ever. Maybe I came on a bad day, but I’ll avoid this place from now on."

"Not only is the staff very welcoming and working hard to create a great environment but they are the best service I’ve gotten. For my nails she repeatedly checked in to make sure it looks right and the pedicure was amazing. Definitely have me as a returning customer"

"I have not got my nails done in a long time, have not had good luck with local shops. I was so happy I went to Pro Nails! Luna did mine and I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did AMAZING! Exactly what I wanted! She took her time, made sure each nail was even, no bumps or air bubbles. She was gentle and so sweet! I made an appointment a day before and they got me right into a chair when I got there. Pricing was the same as other shops but the quality is so much better! Will definitely be going to Pro Nails from now on."
