"They supposedly fixed my four-wheel-drive. That was in December now it’s April and the same thing they fix went out I took it to Les Schwab they said when they replace the actuator they didn’t replace the other part that was bad. So I had to pay all over again to have the same thing fixed that they should’ve fixed in the first place. I took the part that the les scab took out I took it to integrity. When I dropped it off at interigy The guy said if it wasn’t abused I would get my money back for just the part.Then I told him that it was put in wrong that’s what les Schwab told me and he just walked away from me. This place has very bad service the guy is rude and I would never take my vehicle back there everAgain. Still not sure if I’m gonna get my money back from the part. It should’ve been fixed right in the first place. It wasn’t And I had to go to another place And pay $800 to get it fixed."

"Very bad experience at this auto shop. Charged 500$ and couldn't fix any issues needed to be fixed. Told me they're too busy to find parts needed to fix some issues. Don't go there."

"When it comes to auto repair I never really know what I'm getting into until it's all finished and although my knowledge of automobiles is average to slightly above average I do take my vehicles in at the risk of spending a lot of time and or incorrectly attempting a repair. Belts can be a real chore to replace on an engine that is difficult due to its small stature and compactness, so when my alternator belt had broken on a very freezing winter day naturally just before Christmas I was in a pickle. I was fortunately able to look up a repair shop not far and had more than satisfactory results with integrity Auto repair. Though the following day was Christmas Eve and their parking lot filled with cars and an admittedly busy schedule they were able to repair my car within 24 hours and I was back up and at em. I don't know how many others would have reasonably been able to do this and for a reasonable price so for that I have given them a five-star rating in both business, time to complete on a crunch and overall price and satisfaction and would gladly recommend them!"
