"This place charged me almost twice as much for a part, $150.00 from a parts store and Ousburn charged me $277.00 for that part. It took him 2 hrs or less to put the part in and he charged me $264.00 labor. Too bad old man Ousburn isn't still alive, at least he didn't rip people off. I'll never go back to this place again and I'd advise anyone else to stay clear of these people. I'll also be informing the BBB and the city of Post Falls about their gouging practice. It's no wonder people don't trust mechanics when you have people like this around."
