"I’m assuming the young lady that did my cleaning was new. She seemed to not be sure of herself. The cleaning wasn’t like I had had there before. Kinda sketchy. On top of that she was coughing a lot. I asked if she had a cold. She paused then said it was a sore throat thing. I wasn’t too pleased. I really hope I don’t get sick. Now that I’ve had time to think about it, I should have asked for someone else or rescheduled. She also stated that her polisher was broke so she kept having to stop. I would think all tools should be in working order at all times. I love this office and have never had a complaint before. I’ve recommended them many times. This was a major snafu. Thus the 1 star"
