"If I could give .zero stars I would. I honestly have never given a review but this was such poor customer service on so many levels that it was time., First of all Cyarra if you are not interested in doing a Groupon service, then you shouldn’t be doing or offering a Groupon service. That is neither here nor there I was rescheduled after two of your clients were late not my problem, but I would’ve been on time to my appointment. I was rescheduled by text to accommodate your schedule.. My lashes lasted barely a week. I tipped you more than what I would’ve tipped you if it wasn’t a Groupon. I then scheduled my fill for two weeks out. Had it confirmed 4 different times. It’s funny how you have a policy that you’ll be charged the full amount if the client has to cancel or reschedule but it’s OK for you to reschedule or cancel the morning of because your flight was delayed… I would say maybe not book appointments when you’re on a trip or taking a flight at all.. Then, when I responded back when I was available, I have heard absolutely nothing, crickets …. I will never ever go back here. I don’t want a fill from your spa And I will certainly not recommend you to anyone word-of-mouth can be pretty detrimental and funny you should probably know I am a talker. I honestly don’t understand how you keep clients and I hope that clients that don’t have a Groupon have a better experience than I did."
