"The older lady (the aunt) is nice but she doesn't do anything but pace the floors and make people nervous. I know why I didn't want to go here again. The man that does the pedicures isn't nice, he never speaks and when I asked him a question, he ignored me. I find that very rude. He also did a bad job on my toes, cut them all uneaven and the polish was less than professional. He marked one up putting my sandel on and didn't even fix it. He was really rough and didn't care if I said "ouch". I will never go back. He deserved a $2.00 tip, because he did a $2.00 job. I didn't trust the cleanliness of the shop....it's so overly crowded with "things"....not a good feel at all. I had to ask for relaxing music, she had on a vietnamese talk show. Not appealing to customers. Don't waste your time folks. Go to the other shop in the mall, the ladies are nice and aren't abusive."
"Tim was very good! I was a walk-in and i got a full set of acrylics. He did a great job. The older lady that works there was very sweet and nice."
"absolutely loved this place ! i used the blue flower reference photo for them but asked for pink obviously instead of blue and they nailed it !. will be for sure going back"
"I will not be coming here again, I asked for basic black with French tip. I got glitter top coat, the French tip on my pedicure isn’t straight and is see through in some spots. Nail tech left paint, clear coat, acrylic and glitter on tips of my fingers, and black paint on the tops of my hands. Also cut into my thumb a couple of times. Left my nails looking like the an oval shape because I wanted them short she didn’t use any plastic extenders. Paid 125$ when she said it was 115$ wanted to leave a 5$ tip because of the foot bath and wound up getting charged 5$ extra for some reason. All to wind up walking out with a design that looks terrible, bleeding thumb and wanting to cry. Don’t come here."
"Went in because the sign in the window said $19 as we were shopping in the mall. But then they charged $45 each and didn't tell us there was a price difference. Don't ask for them to check for an ingrown. You're supposed to cut it not rip apart the nail until it bleeds. The gal ripped off the skin down to my cuticle and it bled for like 20 minutes, hurt so bad I could barely walk and 4 days later it still hurts, is swollen, and hasn't healed :( I felt lightheaded because of it. 2 stars only because they did a good job for my mom, but it was far from relaxing for me. At least the Polish gel was a cute color. Thankfully the guy tried to help me out but I was just really uncomfortable. Really hope I don't get an infection but it's not looking good."
