"Iv gotten my nails done here two times so far the first photo is my fill I forgot to ask for the guys name but he was nice and did exactly what I wanted second one was my first time getting them done here I also forgot to ask for the lady’s name but she was also nice and did a great job with my nails.usually my nails only last 1 week but it was about 2 weeks before I needed a fill ! I’m also a cleaner so im constantly get my hands wet .They are super talented this is my go to nail place now"

"Staff was very rude. I had my fill done the day before and polish was very wavy and started peeling within a couple hours after I got home. When I returned the following day to have the polish changed, they tried to charge me $15 for a polish change. I argued that the polish had been faulty and they said well if you change the color it Would be a $15 charge. They didn’t tell me that before I have the polish redone. And I couldn’t remember the color that I had had done and it ended up being a different color so they tried to charge me. The male name BOA was very nice and went ahead and let me have the polish change without charge. This is the third time I’ve been in and really like the quality of the work but cannot deal with the rude poor Customer Service. I will not return. The response I got from the business was not apologetic at all even though I had to go out of my way because of their fault and not polishing my nails while the first time. I would’ve been willing to accept an apology and retract or edit my review, but since, they were defensive and their response , It only proves my point that they have very poor customer service there. I was not told that if there was a color change, there would be a charge until after the polish was already done, and I was mostly upset by just how rudely I was spoken to. You just lost the business of my entire family of five who come to you regularly!"

"Nice pedicure today with a friend! Very happy with the gel paint I picked ☺️ Less than 48 hours later: I've noticed the paint job is just sloppy and every toe DOES NOT LOOK PROFESSIONAL. The nail isn't even filed down properly. The nick made on my toe is now infected. I'll probably have to go to the doctor. I spent $55 on this!! I am disgusted. I won't be back."
