"I went in two days ago I called before hand asking if they had availability for a pedicure and full set they said yes in thirty minutes so I came in 30 minutes after that call. It was beyond busy I waited for about 30 minutes there were walk ins being put in chairs and pedicure chairs before me but I understood maybe different techs could only do certain stuff. They eventually put me in a nail techs chair and started my full set. She was extremely rough, it was very dirty she didn’t use any new or clean tools, and she cut me with her extremely dirty and used file on four of my fingers, I wasn’t offered a pedicure and I was totally fine with that because of how uncomfortable I was with my acrylic. I went home immediately and put alcohol on all my cuts because of how dirty the tools, and desk was and two days later my fingers are so swollen, red inflamed, and hurting so bad. They are infected. I understand the risk of going to a express nail salon but with how many other people leave these kind of reviews I just hope they change their business ethics before something really bad happens for a customer."

"Very clean and friendly! Mani and pedis were superb- my feet and legs have never felt so wonderful and I was so relaxed when my pedi was done i almost didnt care about getting my mani. I had the "Romance" volcano stuff added to my foot bath and it smelled light and refreshing. This was my first spa treatment in PF and I can't imagine trying anywhere else! They are efficient but don't make you feel like you're being rushed through. I highly recommend!"

"I came here two days ago and now I have an infected toenail. When I came in, I didn't have an ingrown toenail. For some reason, she decided to cut my nails STRAIGHT down without saying anything to me and immediately put my foot back in the water when I jumped. This is a scenario where cheap isn't always the best way to go, especially when it comes to cleanliness and safety."

"My nails look nice but the process was stressful. I wasn’t confident that the guy doing my nails knew what he was doing. My cuticles are almost always in bad shape and have a tendency to bleed. The nail tech didn’t take that into consideration at all. It ended up being a pretty painful experience. At one point my cuticle started to bleed which he then proceeded to rub hard on the wound in hopes that the blood would stop. Happy with my nails but not the process."
