On the day of flight I reached out via email, phone and text starting 12 hrs before scheduled pick up. No response. Got an Uber instead"

"When our all-wheel-drive rental vehicle failed in the snow at Schweitzer, we had to return it to Spokane before we got a replacement. Even though it was listed as an all-wheel-drive, it was unsafe to navigate the seven hairpin turns down to Sandpoint. Damian, of Guardian, solved the problem. Arriving promptly, and in challenging conditions, he loaded the lemon and hauled it back to the rental agency. Thank you, Damian, for the 5-star professional service."

"I would give them 0 starts if it was possible. No Show! We scheduled a boat shuttle 7 hours before our concert. They called an hour after they were supposed to pick us up and canceled. They did not try and provide any other type of transportation to our concert and wouldn't answer the phone. We (20 people) were left high and dry standing on the dock where we were supposed to meet and couldn't find a ride to the concert. Their professional curtesy and communication was terrible, don't count on them."

"There is a feeling you get in your stomach when your flights are delayed and the rental car company gives your car away. It really puts you in a bad spot when you know there is still an 80 mile drive to my final destination. We had some options. Train, bus, UBER or walk. Instead our hotel concierge shared Damian's card for Guardian Transportation. I messaged him at 10:30 PM on a Sunday for a morning pick up Monday. It was easy and he was super responsive the entire time. Car was ready when I walked out, was greeted as my bags were loaded. Car was immaculate and the perfect temperature. We had a great conversation and smooth ride. He got me to the airport early and safe. Don't get an Uber when you can get a VIP ride for less the cost but twice the experience.
