"The staff is always super eager to help you out, though scheduling to take my car in over the phone is on the complete flip side. It doesn't seem like they know what they're talking about when it comes to scheduling, but once you see them in person they're awesome. You do need to tell them exactly everything that needs looked at and done, they'll only do what you ask of them. I had an oil leak caused by a loose filter, and I asked that they add the recommend additive to help it seal back up. They, however, did not change my oil in that process and I would up at Rapid Lube that weekend to get that changed."
