I’ve worn my t-shirt that Big League Locker made for an event I attended regularly for over a year now, and it looks as perfect as the day I received it! It’s a full color, front and back print and it’s held up amazingly well! I recently ordered a hoodie that one of my favorite small businesses, Inland Mama, collaborated on with Big League Locker. It’s my absolute favorite hoodie now! I wear it anytime it’s cold enough and despite tons of wash and wear, it looks perfect still! The owner Kyle is great to work with, and my order shipped super fast! I’ll definitely use him for any garment printing I need in the future!"

"Very poor quality product. Even worse customer service. Despite getting the online ordering website up fast, Kyle, Kale and crew took a very long time to process my original order totaling close to $1,000 in apparel. It took weeks to receive my order. When I received the product, it was clear that the logos were rushed and not put on the sweatshirts properly. Pay close attention to the fading in the orange collar, blue fading in the image of the dog, and an inability to capture the finer points of the logo in the attached images. I have ordered a lot of apparel for my employees over the years and this company is by far the worst I have experienced. I reached out to Kyle (owner) to express my dissatisfaction and he promised me that switching to embroidery versus heat press would address the issue. The quality of his team's embroidery is worse than the original heat press! You can't tell make out the detail in any of the logos whereas other companies have been able to do this without issue. What is crazy is they still used heat press on the back of the "new" apparel that they sent me with the exact same issues that were in the first batch. The new order was supposed to be embroidery only! They literally could not get one thing right. The entire experience has been a disaster, and I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else as to avoid these issues with this company. Lastly, when I reached back out to voice my dissatisfaction, I was ghosted and never heard from them again despite my team spending well over $1,000 at this company in total. I sent 3 additional emails. All unanswered. I would give this company a D. 3/10."
