"I have been going here loyally since I found it because the selection is really on point. However, sometimes the staff treat me in a condescending manner, which is not so nice. Some staff are quite nice, while others are not skilled on customer service. When I am coming in with a friendly and polite manner, there is no reason to be anything but the same. Thank you."
"I’ve been going to hot box since they first opened in Huntington. Then I switched to Ontario when that opened. I’ve never ever been to another place in Huntington or Ontario. I love the staff. It’s taken awhile to see this but I realize they treat someone who’s spent tens of thousands of dollars the exact same as someone who’s never been or rarely goes. Also, the receipt thing is too inconsistent. Some staff enforce it, some don’t. Bud tender will look at the receipt saying you get $10 off, then the cashier says nope. Get on the same page or just take the stupid promo away. They deserve these 5 stars all day long; however, I’m starting to get the wondering eye to try other places for the first time ever."

When I go there, I always get the wood tip carts and some gummies. I will definitely make this my first stop every time."
