"My daughter needed deodorant. Those sorts of things are all locked up these days, so you wave your hand under a sensor to notify a staff person to come unlock the cabinet. We waited 15 minutes and did the notication thing several times. Finally, my husband had to walk around the store to find someone to help us. What a ridiculous and disappointing customer service experience. But I suppose Target doesn't care Do better Target!!"
"Wow, if i could give zero stars i would. The general employees are fantastic and always so sweet. But the higher up staff seems to have lots of issues with how they treat their staff, i once walked in on an employee being verbally yelled at by a higher up and not in a nice endearing tone something needs to change and it’s not the normal employees."
"The employees were nice, but you needed them to grab half the stuff because it's locked up. Toothpaste, deodorant, decongestant, and vitamins. Wanted a quick stop to stock up on toiletries, I was gonna be in and out in 10minutes, and I ended up being in the store for 20minutes because I had to wait for someone whenever I wanted something. Not the employees fault, but it's ridiculous"
"Only bulky big carts were available to shop with - which doesn't make sense for a small, crowded store with tight/small aisles, etc. Frequently I find messy or totally unstocked shelves there. I had a lot of stuff to purchase but there was NO regular/human check stand available!! I had to very awkwardly use the little tiny self checkout (and got shamed by other customers for doing so since I was purchasing a lot of stuff). Awful experience!! Most of the essential drugstore/hygiene items are locked behind sliding glass doors now. Like simply getting shaving cream required paging a staff member and waiting. Ridiculous. And there's no cart return in the parking lot. When I walked my cart all the way back to the entryway I passed 2 employees (seemingly doing nothing and were near or headed back to the store anyway!) who did not take the cart for me. Have not seen any emphasis there on customer service. Terrible target location, avoid it."
