"They didn't make the orders correct. They had nothing saying cash only until you get to the registrar. This is the second time that I have gone to this location and it has been a bad experience both times. I would recommend going to a completely different location"

"I think every time I have been here, I have been told to pull forward and wait my food. Tonight, I was the only one waiting, and at the 20-minute mark I called the store as I feel that is a bit long of a wait. Sure, they "upgraded" my order, but it was for nothing as when I get home, there is a long blonde hair on top of my food. Do better."

"The only reason I don't give straight 5s is the people always seem new and a bit scattered (frequent turnover?). There's no atmosphere to speak of, but it's not that type of restaurant (sit down, date night place). Although the food isn't traditional Mandarin or Szechuan, it's well cooked and has great flavor and value. For a quick snack or family dinner, it's a good place to stop by."

"Waited 30 minutes stuck in the drive thru waiting to order then asked to pull forward and waited another 15 minutes. Went inside to see how much longer and was ignored by everyone (about 10 employees including manager) as a girl walked with by me (again no acknowledgement) and walked out to my car. Seriously!! Horrible service won’t be back anytime soon!"

"Waited in the take out lane for 40 minutes, put in my ordered and didn’t get what I paid for this is a teriyaki and fried rice bowl when I ordered and paid for a orange chicken half and half chow mein and rice. They were also out of lemonade which I received a lemonade with ice but I had ordered lemonade with no ice they then offered to have me wait for another five minutes because they ran out and I said no it’s fine I’ll just get another drink but I really wanted to lemonade. We did not receive the order we paid for at all. I called the manager and let her know the request for a refund they refused to give me a refund back for what I ordered and will only offer me another play or anything to show up there for another day or today even though I already had the food just got home the roads are icy it’s bad conditions and she was not understanding of that and all they had to do was get my receipt number what card I needed the six dollar refund because they can pull up that and they were refusing to do that."
