"My son and I visited the N Division Skechers outlet on the hunt for shoes with laces so my son could learn how to tie his shoes. From the moment we stepped in until the moment we left, we were provided with excellent service from one of the employees, Katelynn. Katelynn offered us help right from the start. She was friendly (super nice to my son), knowledgeable and guided us through to the very end. Some of the sizes weren’t available right in the store but Katelynn proactively checked online and found them so we could order. She of course checked in with my son the whole time and made sure these shoes would fit well, and of utmost importance to my son, make him fast enough. We left purchasing two pairs of shoes. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Katelynn! P.S. - My son also says thank you for kicking the ball back to him that he lost behind the counter."

"The guys were very helpful with finding my son's shoe size and shoes. Checkout was great. Love this place!! The only thing bad thing is, is that they didn't have a great collection of summer flip flops this year. I bought The Cali from Skechers yoga foam sandals and love them. I was not able to find them at this store. The employee there stated that they don't get to many shipments in but rather the valley Skechers store does. That I found upon because I shop in the north side not in the valley."

Upon my husbands and my entrance there were 4 employees on the floor. The Manager and 3 others. They were busy talking with each other. This is our 3rd visit to this location. We have purchased multiple pairs of Sketchers they are comfortable. Hannah was the only employee working for her $$ Until today we’ve never had an employee help us. We both had specific needs as we go to Hawaii on Wednesday. I needed sparkly sandals and my spouse needed new tennis shoes. There was a gentleman also in the store with a service dog. He dropped boxes 3 times that I saw. I noticed Hannah on her knees in the aisle fixing inventory by size. I asked for help and it was immediately given with size and wants. I purchased 2 pair and thanked her very much."
