"Friendly place to shop for footwear of all kinds from saddles to tenni shoes, boots to slipers, and even dress shoes for all ages with all the big brand names, but they also have adorable off brand options. My favorite part of all is the huge sale rack and they always have it full of even more affordable options."
"I was trying to find the option to add a few pictures but could not find it. I ordered a couple pairs of Nikes at a decent price! My only minor complaint is on the right shoe there was a small red scuff on the toe, the heel, as well as the tounge. They are minor spots but I notice them. Im leaving this review as a friendly heads up, not sure how you can resolve that issue in the future, but especially for white shoes maybe put them inside protective bags and then the box? Otherwise thank you for my order!"
"Hopefully some others check out google reviews before going here - we unfortunately did not. They may have had a lot of great reviews in the past keeping their rating up but check out the stream of reviews in the last 3 months especially - lots of complaints about the customer service that mirror the experience we had here. Snotty, couldn't be bothered to help, horrible attitude, whole gambit. There is an employee named Cocoa there who was much more respectfully and is probably responsible for the 5 star reviews in recent months, but you may be walking into a horrible experience otherwise. Not to mention - Lea will lie to you about the terms and conditions of the company credit card to get you to sign up and get her kudos and whatever rewards they get for getting customers to sign up."
"I live over an hour from this store (which happens to be my nearest famous footwear). I came in here during the boot sale and picked out 2 pairs of dress boots. One for me and one for my mother. The pair I picked out for my mom didn't fit her quite right, so the day before the boot sale ended my mom and I happened to be in Spokane again. She dropped me off where I needed to be and backtracked to this store to get here before they closed so she could exchange her boots for a different size. She got to the door about 10 minutes before closing, only to find the door locked and the workers telling her to go away and come back the next day. Just then another guy came racing in. He was apparently leaving town early in the morning and needed another pair of boots for this trip because his were worn out. He also tried the door - which was still locked even though the establishment by now technically had 7 or 8 minutes until closing time - and was also given the same response. The poor gentlemen told them that he was leaving early the next morning before they opened and desperately needed the shoes. That he knew exactly which pair and size he was after. That he knew exactly where they were and it would only take a moment to grab them and check out. But still the answer was no. My mom tried to plead her case yet again. That she lived over an hour away and we couldn't possibly make it back in to town before the sale was over. But even though the store was not technically closed yet - and still wouldn't technically close for another 3 or 4 minutes - they were turned away. If a store doesn't want to serve its customers after a certain time, they shouldn't advertise to be open then. Of course, turning away a couple hundred dollars worth of immediate business, and many times that in residual business wasn't their brightest move either."
