"The worst customer service! Went to do a exchange on a item I got for Christmas from my husband and I regret getting anything at all. I will be going back and getting my money back and shopping at Athleta like I typically do. Not one employee acknowledged me when I walked in( not a busy day) and when I went to the dressing rooms, the handicap room ( I was with my son and baby in a stroller) was being used as storage with boxes. After not being able to try on my clothing I decided to go to the front desk to check out where I stood waiting for 3 ladies to finish their conversation. After a min or so they finally noticed me. Giving this store a one star review is too generous."

"This one star review is for the 8-9 employees at the Boise store, in the mall. Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 11 am. Three whole customers in the store, me being the fourth, and this group of employees couldn't be bothered to help me or ask me if I needed any help! Nothing, not a word! Instead there was a group conversations, being overheard about non work stuff. It's really a shame. I was looking for a particular product, but didn't know exactly where it was in this store. Fortunately I know where its at in Meridian. You lost a customer today, due to your non existent customer contact, and customer service!"

Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by Rachel, an associate of the brand who demonstrated quality customer service by assisting me and helping me.
