"I had my bridal shower here and everyone had a blast! I’ve loved polka dot pottery since I was a kid, so this was very special. We made good memories and I got to show this place to my awesome friends that haven’t been here before!"

"My kids love to paint and usually we have a 5 star experience. My daughter accidental broke something and we obviously said we’d pay for it.. what rubbed me the wrong was is that the employee said “I was going to let it slid and not charge you but since you offered...” do you charge everyone or just the people who offer to pay? $26 craft broken was our fault but the comment was unnecessary."

"This location was great! Very clean and the girl working there was so nice. We usually go to the pines location but since it's only open right now on the weekends, we had to go to the mall. Glad we did. It was a lot better experience. Atmosphere and customer service is great here. Would recommend especially for the kiddos and family/friend bonding. Just remember you have to come back 7-90 days after to pick up. We will definitely be back at this location even if the other one is a few blocks away. Thank you for the great experience and excellent manager who you can tell really enjoys what she does and is very good at it ."

"We had a blast painting and everything was so nice and clean. I read some other reviews that said the pieces were "too expensive" but I didnt really feel like that. An average size piece is about $20 but we came planning to spend money so wasnt a big deal. The girls were so polite, one even ran over to hopjacks and grabbed a high chair for us! That is above and beyond customer service!"
