"My wife purchased a pair of shoes to be delivered. The same day, my wife called and cancelled the order. Our credit card was charged immediately and still 10 days later, the charge has not been reversed. My wife contacted customer support, and the person said "there was nothing from her side that she could do and that it’s up to the credit card company and our bank from here." This is a strange response. I do not recommend a company that does this kind of thing. Follow-up on this. As you can see below, the store responded and asked me to contact customer support. But they obviously did not read the review. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company. The CC company immediately accepted my request and I was refunded. This will probably mean that the merchants will receive a negative mark by the CC company."
