"They have a good stock of shoes and if you get the right person, they take their time to fit the shoes on the kids (for pointe shoe fittings). They don't have enough staff, they're very slow to respond to calls and emails, and paranoid about online shop competition (they don't allow in-store photos, they won't share details of how they've modified a shoe for a better fit, etc as though you're going to run to the other store down the block with their secret knowledge). But they have no reason to worry. The service and selection is enough to bring folks in, they flat out don't have competition, and they should trust in that."
