"We love World Market so much! The prices are pretty high but it looks and feels like quality so it’s worth it. My daughter and I come in once or twice a week. They have the best selection of everything and we just love it. The staff are hit and miss. Sometimes we get someone decent but most of the times they won’t even speak to us. Even at the register."

"Bought a rug to see in our space, put on the ground and instantly seen the size did not work. Rolled it up and went to return. Had terrible customer service from the “manager” and was told there was too much dog hair and it was not sell able. Still had the tags on it and had the receipt, JUST BOUGHT IT. Now I’m stuck with the rug and will not be returning to World Market. I’ve never had customer service like that and was told I couldn’t return an item I just purchased. Would not recommend shopping here especially if you think you might need to return something."

"Ordered 4 bags of pasta (last ones) online for pickup. Waited 2 hours for my confirmation that it was done, never got it. Went to the store as I was In a rush, my bags of pasta were still on the shelf and 1 of them had been sold in store. So they wouldn't even have been able to fill my order because they took too long. Brought them to the counter and explained the situation. She had to call a manager to cancel my online order, she literally admitted that they(managers) both didn't want to and that's why it took so long. He finally came and canceled my online order, but somehow getting 3 bags in store cost more than the 4 I ordered for pickup online. Woman who checked us out was great, not her fault. Now I'm calling to try and see some inventory, busy signal and straight hangups for hours"

"Normally I love world market. I got a 12 days of Noodle Box only to discover that it wasn't 12 different types of noodles to try. It was only three kinds of noodles, 4 packages of each type. Super disappointed this wasn't the experience I was hoping for but rather just a gimmick to sell very inexpensive noodles for a very high price. Buyer beware"
