"Last couple times I’ve purchased suits they haven’t done much to call and notify the suits arrived. Go in to get the tailoring, no one has called to tell me they are finished. Call during the day, no answer. The young men working there are great, but the female manager/supervisor (not sure) is abrupt and comes across rude. I miss Jos. A. Banks."

He was very knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, thorough and had super customer service skills!!
