"1/16/24 update! Jason called to help make things right, so I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. He professionally listened to my concern and didn’t try to defend or justify the actions of the company. To make matters better, they even refunded the money I paid. Even though I still feel they are expensive, Jason went above and beyond to do his best to make things right! Thanks, Jason! I called because they are the “home of the $59 drain clean”. When the tech Travis called he told me because it’s a mainline, that it would be over $1400. I’ve had many plumbing drains cleaned in the past 30+ years, but never have I been quoted anywhere close to that amount (the most was maybe $200!). I seriously thought he was joking! Travis told me it’s due to the fact that they had to use a hydro jet machine that costs $50,000. He tried to high pressure me, and among other things, he said if we didn’t get it done now, with the storm coming in, we’d be lucky to get anyone back out anytime soon. And, I was still charged a $59 service fee! I felt that the whole experience was pretty unprofessional."
