"Visited at a busy time. Staff was very polite and did their best to accommodate my walk in order. Would have been faster to order ahead, but I would visit again even with the wait, based on good experience with staff."

"Was there a couple of nights ago and ordered 4 crazy crust stuffed crust pizzas and three of them were missing the crazy crust. Tried calling no answer and voicemail is full."

"THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY MUSHROOM PIZZA (appears to be either a pube or a beard hair). I've emailed about this twice since this incident from 12/04/2023, I've called & left a voicemail to corporate, with no responses from either."

"We ordered take out. What I didn’t realize it that means door dash delivers. Three order arrived quickly. The pizza was ok. We ordered there because my daughter wanted the pretzel crust pizza. Her pizza did have pretzel salt on it but didn’t really appear to be pretzel crust. I explained to her that it wasn’t just not cooked as long as she likes and therefore wasn’t as brown as a pretzel. The crazy bread was as expected, ok. The bigger issue was our Pepsi wasn’t delivered with the order. I was able to get a hold of the door dash driver as soon as I realized it but he said he was never given soda. I called the store a dozen times that evening with no one ever answering and the answering service was full so unable to leave a voicemail. Very frustrating."

"If I could give a zero star I would service was awful granted the place was packed and it is a Friday night but my pizza wasn't done the pizza was cut in ridiculous size slices I got four bags of the stuffed crazy bread that were all as flat as the pizza was everything was ice cold I didn't get any of the sauces that I asked for and after trying back for 30 minutes to call them and complain nobody answered so I continue to call the rest of the evening"
