"This store is really unprofessional. Staff isn’t properly trained, they don’t have good suggestions or sense of style, and the manager has an attitude. I feel bad writing this but I hope they can think to restructure a bit."

"Cece went above and beyond to make sure they had exactly what I was looking for. We went from display to display to find what i was describing to her all with a smile on her face, very friendly. She asked if I had the Buckle card, I explained that I didn't and wasn't sure I could be approved. We went on looking again for items I wanted. Linda the manager asked if I had the card, again I explained I didn't think I could get approved. Well needless to say with their help I was approved, I got the exact items I went in their store to purchase. I absolutely enjoyed both of these ladies..I can't say the same for the Valley store. Those workers are rude disrespectful and they judged us when we were in there. I would much rather drive the extra time to go visit the North Town store where customers are treated like friends."

"One of the girl managers here helped me find the perfect pair of jeans for work. It’s made with stretch material and very durable. Wish I would have gotten her name but she went way above and beyond to help me, giving me like 10 options to choose from which I tried out. Customer service is super important to me and they hit all the marks here. Price wise Buckle can be a little pricey but the quality jeans and quality customer service will keep me coming back."

"Jadyn was helpful in helping us find shoes and shirts. BUT, she also doubled as an amazing Spokane tour guide, recommending scenic routes to Seattle and several restaurants in the area. We landed on “T-Street” as they had bomb garlic bread, which truly did not disappoint. Thanks for everything!"

"Absolutely love the buckle! They are always super helpful and friendly and listen to exactly what I want! I have never felt like they were to pushy which is something I hate when clothes shopping! They do a great job at quickly learning your sense of style and finding you items you will love! Many times they’ve found me things that I wouldn’t have necessarily picked out myself, that have become some of my favorite clothing! The manager there, Linda, is a true gem! She is super helpful, remembers you by name and is such a kind person! I was shopping one day after a a fight w my boyfriend and I was super upset, she went above and beyond to turn my fat around and find me cute clothes. I have never been treated so well in a clothing store in my life and I will continue to shop at this store for as long as she manages it because of the atmosphere she has created!"
