"The doctor that is there is incredible. All the other service is terrible. I went there for an eye exam and new glasses. Some how both of my eyeglass prescriptions were off. I cannot read anything up close and they give me a headache. So I took the glasses back to them. You would think that I would be a priority since they messed them up, not me. No they said I needed an appointment. The closest appointment was over 2 weeks away. I do not recommend Clarkson Eyecare one bit for customer service."

"The doctor at Washington, Mo Clarkson Eyecare is amazing. Their computer system and billing us a joke. They charged me after the visit and then they charged my insurance. My insurance says that I didn't owe anywhere close what they charged. I tried calling the billing department. Sat on hold for 30 minutes just for them to disconnect me. I also asked them to send my info to my doctor and they didn't do that either."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The optometrist was especially nice and the girls helped me pick out a pair of frames that were cute, stylish and I looked good in them. I recommend if you need to get your eye exam done go to Clarkson Eyecare. They very knowledgeable and I enjoyed my appointment with them."
