The cardiovascular team was equally friendly, professional and really knew the procedure. My compliments go to all the personnel and I think I received top notch care. The facility, however, is too small for the volume it handles and it needs to be brought up to the standards of Mercy on Ballas road."

"The Mercy system has become too big and bureaucratic for me. It is impossible to make appointments through central scheduling. In my case, I navigated the My Mercy app and scheduled an appointment that was offered to me. Upon arriving at the facility, I was told my appointment had been cancelled. I asked why I wasn’t notified of this and the cold reply was”a message was sent on My Mercy”. When I indicated that I had not seen the message the staff member looked it up and said”yup, I see that message was unread”. When I asked why I was offered an appointment that was inappropriate the reply was”well the system doesn’t know those things”. Well the it’s time for the system to stop doing things and for humans to start doing some work again. I will be seeking healthcare elsewhere after being a mercy patient for 29 years."
"Staff was very friendly and informative about the procedure and answered all questions that we had. The nurses checked in on me and my wife several times to see if we were comfortable and needed anything. Our floor nurse had stayed with us past the time she was supposed to be going home. She did not make us feel that she was pushing us out the door so she could go home. Very professional. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel at ease from the beginning to the end of the procedure."
