"As a potential customer looking for pet boarding services, this was the most bizarre call to a business I've ever had. The lady who answered was very clearly intoxicated, slurring her way through each sentence. Her (answering the phone): "...Yeeeaah?" Me: "Is this Pampered Pets?" Her: "Yeah but who the **** are you?" Me (confused): "I wanted to check about pet boarding services" Her: "I don't like this one bit. Lets hang up and try again" I certainly hung up but did not call back. I double checked the number I called to be sure I got it right. I have no idea what her deal was but answering your business phone intoxicated (during business hours) is concerning enough on its own. The conversation that followed is one that'll stick with me forever. After that experience, I would absolutely not trust them with my pets."

"I just had my dog Dexter go in for a grooming as he had a LOT of fur that needed to be taken off. They were wonderful at working us in. The job they did on Dexter was just great as he wasn't stressed, got to socialize and is so much more comfortable now that he looks and feels beautiful! I will definitely come back here for future grooming as they people here are friendly, professional and a joy to do business with! I have two photos of Dexter laying down on his bed before being groomed and the rest are after he was groomed."
