"They did wonderful with my daughter. She was very antsy and didn’t wanna sit still but they still got on the knits out and insured everything was done properly! I will definitely be back in the future if we have any more lice issues!"
"We had to travel over an hour away for this, but it was well worth it, we had a great experience, we were even 07 minutes late and they where very polite about it and still treated her hair!"
"This clinic was amazing! Katie helped us out when my daughter got lice. She took good care of us and helped us have peace of mind! Highly recommend and will definitely go back if needed!"
"The Lowell clinic was wonderful. We had 1 treatment and the woman was very kind, answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, provided future preventative tips, and made the experience not as bad as I thought it was going to be. She was very thorough. We came back 1 week later for a head check just to have peace of mind and saw a different woman. She was also very kind, thorough, took her time, answered more questions, and provided more tips for prevention and I’m happy to say we were both lice free. It only took 1 treatment and 2 days of deep cleaning/ laundry when most people I have talked too have had to do multiple treatments over a 2-3 week time frame. I highly recommend. They also accept HSA cards."
"We had a very mixed experience here. On our first visit our clinician was wonderful. She was great with my daughter and took the time to explain everything so my daughter wouldn't be frightened. She was incredibly friendly, and I wish I'd thought to write down her name. About three weeks after our first treatment, my daughter's lice returned and we were eligible for a free re-treatment. The re-treatment felt very rushed from the beginning. This clinician (different from our previous one) was definitely not as thorough with the initial hair-drying treatment. Also when it was time to comb our daughter's hair, she asked if our daughter had a sensitive scalp. She then proceeded to comb very aggressively, to the point that our daughter started crying. I don't think she was trying to hurt our daughter, but I also don't think she was paying attention to signals that our daughter was giving that she was not comfortable. We ultimately left mid-treatment because our daughter was so upset."
