"ive gone here for years for my medical card and no longer will and will no longer recommend people to them, they have gotten lazy and very rude.. i called and when i asked to make an appointment i was hung up on 2 times and when i did finally get someone to talk to they were sounded very annoyed and had a bad attitude… will never return to such a piss poor clinic"

"I've seen a few negative comments and I just can't help but to not feel the same. I switched to doctor karas clinic 3 years ago and every doctor in that clinic is extremely compassionate. Doctor karas and Howard have helped me as a single mother although Dr Howard isn't there anymore. I have felt an extreme amount of compassion from doctor karas and doctor Howard and nurse practitioner Kelsey camp. Clarissa in the front lobby is always super helpful and kind and has a pleasant attitude I used to be seen by a mercy doctor and he was a good doctor but I just didn't feel the amount of compassion and caring this and listening to patience as I did with doctor karas clinic. They take the time and patience to listen to me and are extremely compassionate. I love this clinic. When COVID first hit 3 years ago, doctor karas was the only doctor in Northwest Arkansas. That was actually prescribing vitamins and medication to help with the covid virus where every other doctor in every other clinic was just telling you to take over the counter cold medication. Make the change you won't regret it."

"I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is just so awful, do not come here if you can help it, go to mercy urgent care instead. They have made inexcusable mistakes, they have called my dad for results when I specifically asked them to call my phone number (I was 19), they misdiagnosed me saying I didn’t have an infection when in reality it took over a week for them to get it to their lab and to get my results, went to mercy and they found the infection within 20 minutes. Glad I didn’t wait over a week to discover an infection that could have turned deadly. now they have sent my brothers prescription to the wrong pharmacy when specifically told during the appt to send to our pharmacy. I’d give 0 stars if I could."

"DO NOT go here if you want proper health care. Went in for stomach issues with Dr Howard and he was great but he suddenly quit and now I understand why. Me and my fiance Went in for my fiances stomach issues a few times with Dr Karas. After several blood draws, ultrasound, urine tests no answers. Never recommended a GI but since my fiancé was low in vitamins my fiance was recommended to take large amounts of vitamins C. That didn't help so we went in for a check up and was given an IV and injection of vitamin C. Well Dr Karas made a mistake and gave her vitamin C before saline causing my finance's blood sugar to sky rocket to 500 almost putting her in a coma. When I arrived, no ambulence was called for her I had to instruct him to do so. We got her stablized and sent her back to Dr Karas where he proceeded to admit to causing her to go the hospital. He then proceeded to make a joke about it and then took a picture of her to show the nurses she lived. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Tracy the “office manager” fired me as. Patient because she misunderstood what I needed from her, and when I was calling to make the initial appointment she REFUSED to let me make an appointment with DR Karas. I find her behavior very gross and disrespectful. I consulted a DR and she HAS NO RIGHT to fire patients. I called again today to speak to Dr. Kara’s about this matter and they refused to allow me to speak to him or to Tracy! (I have it all recorded) I would like Dr. KARAS TO REACH OUT TO ME! Thanks."
