Manager said they will not work on a dog if they have a loose bowel movement. I know my dog was nervous cause it didn't happen anymore after that when we came home. "I paid for a haircut, bath and nail trim and also a brushout. Springfield, Mo store #02616. After I got my dog to the truck, I noticed a large divit in the cut on her head. That has happened before. Then I noticed that her hair looks like it had not been touched by a brush. She did not have the usual aroma of a fresh bath, and her hair is sticking up all over her body. It was not an even cut at all. The hair on her face is still so long it gets into her mouth. I guess it is on me to fix that. I don't think I will be spending any more money at pecto."
